Please note: The Medgate Mini Clinic offers tests for the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). We assure the careful administration of the tests and the preparation and communication of the results. We do not, however, assume liability for the intended use of your coronavirus test. This means, in particular, that
- the Medgate Mini Clinic does not assume any liability for the acceptance of these results by their intended recipients, such as airlines or government authorities. We therefore ask that you check the exact criteria – both for the type of test and for the form of proof – before you book a test.
- Furthermore, we do not assume any guarantee or liability for the timely receipt of PCR test results. The results are normally available within 24 to 48 hours after a test; in most cases even sooner. In spite of our and our partner labs’ highly efficient processes, we cannot exclude the possibility of sporadic delays.
- The Medgate Mini Clinic does not assume further liability for delays in sending out results via email that lie beyond our influence (e.g. typos, spam filters, etc.).
